BaddieNow does not issue refunds nor exchanges at this time. Please order your correct size/color. 

Please make sure you read each product description !! The descriptions state if the item is true to size, small fitted, or big fitted.

Please also note we do not sell any AUTHENTIC items. The brand shoes are NOT authentic. 

Processing Policy:
The processing period for PRE-ORDERS will take 1-21 business days (Monday-Friday)

When ordering during a sale there may be a slight delay in orders keep this in mind.
